Found this 2000 D penny, and reverse of this coin is giving me a headache. I'm leaning towards Machine Doubling, just want to confirm that I'm right and that it's safe to spend this coin.

A little blurry but looks the Die Deterioration.

You need closeup pics to be able to see for sure. Yours are too far away.

I can't really get super close pictures on my phone, but you should be able to zoom in on them (I can on my phone)

I really don't see very anything unusual here given the magnification. Tad of MD? Very normal coin to me.

Maybe Die Deterioration, but pictures aren't good enough to tell. It's a tosser.

Die Deterioration is on the other side of the devices, closest to the rim. It is MD. Just not the classic MD we are used to seeing. Note how each device is reduced in size. on DDD, you would see the devices full with the affected area on the field between the rim and the devices.
