I came across this 1989 LMC that looks like it has die clash in the third and fourth bay but looks like it is doubled I don't know if this is possible or if this is what that is, any help would be appreciated thank you in advance

It does look like it's struck from clashed dies. Here's an overlay I just finished. I have lots of 1974-D Cents with different rotated clash marks that I'm checking.
