Hmm, I'm not seeing any doubling, at least on the date. Perhaps you can add a good close-up pic? Thx.

Going to need a little better photos. Close ups with less glare. As of now,the L and I look pretty normal for that year.

The 9 looks like contact damage. Possible wrapping damage? Not the kind we see on todays wraps, but an older design of wrap, over a counting machine issue. Neither a plus, but it is a nice hole filler in an album.
