I found this in circulation about 20 years ago, looked like it was fresh out of a collection, but did have a few marks. Grade Ideas?

Lighting obscures surface detail on the lower half of the obverse. I'd like to see a better pic.

I put it in a new holder after taking the pics. I'll see if I can get it through the holder tomorrow (camera battery almost dead now).
