i know there is a us paper money section, but us is also part of the world and they dont have a low number thread over there as far as I can tell. I hope I'm not in error posting this here. here are #s 1 though 9.  |

there are a lot of low serial numbers out there for the national bank notes. lots of banks issuing notes and lots of design changes means lots of opportunities to find a low number. they were also numbered by sheet, so there would be 4 serial number 1 and then a,b,c,d ect, so even more opportunities for low numbers.

If notgeld (local emergency money) issues are ok here, how about this complete very scarce/rare set from Austria.....only 10 sets issued.   |
