Is This A 1964 Kennedy Proof Half Dollar?

Theresez13z New Member United States 21 Posts	Posted 05/08/2020 3:48 pm I have a similar question. Looking at some coins left behind by my Father I found this one in a case. Didn't think anything of it, really. Except when I did the search, I got curious. Maybe he put it in a case cause he knew something? Can anyone give an expert opinion, since I am far from that and still in the learning stage. It's not as good a looking coin and the prior post, but it's not as bad as pic shows(I think).
