1938-D Jefferson Nickel - Graded MS 66 By NGC

I would like to hear your opinions on what it would be graded. I was hoping for full steps on this one, I would like to hear from you all why it did not receive that designation. nick10 Pillar of the Community United States 3207 Posts	Posted 07/03/2020 4:32 pm The weak area near the middle of the steps was probably just too weak. Also, the bottom step is missing, fairly common. Reverse of '38 is a tough one to get full steps on. Report this Post to the Staff
