Gouges in neck limit this to MS-62 or possibly 63, I think.

I agree it is a nice strong strike that brings out good details, but the grade will be limited as @Coinfrog and @T-Bop stated.

MS62 works for me. I have a few dozen of these in similar condition--very decent strike with a few unfortunate dings.
