insideout Pillar of the Community United States 591 Posts	Posted 11/23/2008 10:59 pm Wanted to share with you guys I managed to ID a variety with one of my large cents. I have been buying a few off ebay that are unatrributed. I don't have a large cent book so I had to try to use the coinfacts website and got lucky. I had a 1827 large cent and figured out it was an N-7. I then sent the pics to someone that is able to verify. He told me I got it right on. I was so happy I finally got something figured out in the Coin World :) Here are the Pics. Anyone wanna suggest a grade? Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6400 Posts	Posted 11/24/2008 1:08 pm I'd estimate VG details, but unfortunately with some corrosion, a long cut across Ms. Liberty, and what looks like rim damage at 11:00 on the obverse. Or, perhaps that's a slight rim clip. It's certainly a decent coin, especially if you are interested in large cent die varieties. Do you know whether this N-7 variety is particularly scarce?
