EDIT: Have you noticed the Denver quarters have a distinct difference in luster compared to Philly? The Philly quarters have more of a satin finish. The Denver quarters have almost a proof like surface.

MS65 too, relief is nice and so is the fields. Would say 65+66 without the rim dings.
