How To Determine If A Lincoln Cent Is EDS (1960 D)

I have read everything I could find on the subject but there are subtle signs that I can't pick up on. I think this coin would be an EDS at least the obverse, but heck it may be LDS? One thing I know about EDS is that you will see a lack of die-flow lines [as represented by the green arrows in this pic] -- The more you see, the older the die.
