@cool, that mintmark looks like a letter S to me. I'm not convinced that it isn't just damaged.

You can't have have DDO on a 1943 mm.

It is a S mint mark, not a doubled die or an RPM.

In your first post the image failed to load - the reason? you didn't include a bracket ( ] )at the end of the string. These brackets need to start a command and end a command such as [img] file name goes here [/im.g] (I added that little period in between img in order to break the string so you can see what is happening.)

as for your coin, not seeing an rpm here as others have stated.

Thank you for clearing it up, it is best to be specific up front so we don't need to guess what we think you are seeing.

First off, we need better photos to assess this coin. Full obverse and reverse pics, as well as a closeup or two of the spot in question. Second, the others are correct, this is not a DDO. Either DDD, MD, or doubling made by the replating process, although I can't say for sure if this has been replated, the pic is too blurry.
