I am sharing images of 1928-S USA Peace dollar coin that some of the letters, numbers, and initial show doubling and would like to have your opinion.

The initials looks like a a contact mark. The Peace dollars were known for weak strikes. None of the sites we use show any listings for these.

I believe this is a DDO (plus some Machine Doubling on the date).

There are a handful for this year: http://ec2-13-58-222-16.us-east-2.c.../1928-S_VAMs

I wasn't able to find a match. There are limited photos on VAMworld and they seem to focus on motto doubling, not the date or initials. Can you see any doubling on WE and/or TRVST?
