1995 Lincoln Penny "bie" Error?

I love researching errors and will take a stab at this one. this is defiantly a "BIE" error and I would classify this example LDB3-1995-004 3F+ given the height the chip extending above the devices(reference: cuds-on-coins.com ). Hope this helps and I may be correct! I am dying to share many wonderful examples to the forum and will set up pics and have some questions about my findings on some recent examples. I am confident that with the obvious knowledge I have been seeing in response to inquires here my questions will be answered and greatly appreciated.
