Found in circulation. Color is bright and new and the well-documented "BIE" mint error is visible to naked eye.

Crazed collectors of BIEs might (might...) pay 20-30 cents for this one. The coin's overall condition isn't helping. The more dramatic the BIE, the more value there is.
