It weights 17,21 g and dimension is 35mm
I know its ottomans / year 1327 / 500 kurus / but is it a coin or token . Is is a fake ? is it a copper ? how much it worth ...any information it will help. thx

So this is not a posibility for your item.

It also does not look like gold.

Looks like someone soldered the bail on to the coin/token. Most bails seen aren't that shape or metal for that type of real accept for the gold I believe. It's hard to tell but I'm going to be a betting person here and say it's counterfeit do to it history.
