@oddguy, you are correct ,your coin shows a very minor strike off center.
Misaligned Die

Off center strike
strike off center" on a coin affects both sides of the coin, meaning the design will be misaligned on both the obverse and reverse faces, as the coin was not struck fully centered on the planchet during the minting process.
