Uncirculated 1999 D Delaware Rotated Dies But The Yellow Color.

Sarah Lebron New Member United States 16 Posts	Posted 04/11/2026 3:25 pm Greetings, I've tried to take pictures that show how yellow this quarter really is and I know the experimental manganese State Quarters found came out of the Philadelphia Mint but it's really yellow.
