Hello , I'm having trouble identifying this perfect round circle on my coin. How would this get on my coin . I took some measurements and it's 14.9 mm diameter and it's exactly 11.55 mm from the edge of the circle to the edge of the coin .this circle is dead center of the coin . On the back it seems to "melt " . Some ideas are the coin cabinet ID tag but this doesn't make sense.
