Looks to be a very low mileage '23 D. Might be early onset of obverse Die Deterioration. Not seeing anything out of the ordinary. Value is one cent.

The photos are way bright - and the blasting reflections obscure the surfaces.

That said - I see an everyday common coin. Value is 1 cent.

Why do you think this is worth more?
