Quote: You guys are going to hate me for saying this, but I swear being in an area where we get a lot of coinage from an ethnic, immigrant, depressed part of town yields more silver. A major source of income for at least some people in such neighborhoods is, unfortunately, burglary. They're not interested in maximizing their returns, just speed of turnover. This means the closest Coinstar or bank.

Box #6, found a 57 in the first roll which was encouraging. Unfortunately no more silver after searching all the other rolls.

corey, I don't know how you can do that. Once I start a box I tell myself over and over that I'll stop after "the next" roll, but before I know it I've completed the box

When at the bank today at lunch picking up my daily box of nickels and weekly box of halves I saw some CWR's of dimes and went ahead and picked them up. Got a total of $135 in CWR's and the third roll I searched yielded a great condition 1964 silver dime. I think I will be asking for more CWR's of dimes every day when picking up my nickels.

Skunked on $50 of CR yesterday, but this is to be expected.
Did find a 1969 clad Kennedy though.

I had never searched dime rolls until yesterday, I picked up $135 in CWR's yesterday and found a 1964 silver dime so today I ran by another bank and picked up $270 in CWR's and low and behold I found a beautiful 1943S silver Mercury dime.

Yea Ozerman, it is hard to stop, but I usually tell myself I will stop if I find a silver and save the rest for later...I usually do it after work, so pretty tired anyway, and I like to stretch out the searching as much as I can stand...but it is sometimes hard to stop!
