1963 20 dollar bill star note E03530063. My brother found it and wondered what it is worth. I guess it is in pretty good shape only a couple creases.

The guide I have says $90 in VF condition, but we do need to see a pix.

ill see if I can get him to send me some to post. he called me and asked if it was a keeper, I started asking him stuff about it and said probably not the he said there was a little green start on it. I its a star note? keep it for sure. last week I was telling him about radar notes and solids after he sold me he saved a waling liberty half his girl friend was going to use to by smokes. I guess I forgot to mention start notes.
