little hard to be sure as I can't get in close enough....if I had to guess I would say possible EF though I am not fussy for the gouges on the reverse...

I think it is better than a VF, which only leaves EF. Try comparing it to this guide.

I agree about the gouges though, and I'd drop it a grade for that, so you might end up with the VF after all.

Shame about the gouges, but it will still make EF in my opinion.
