Takeing a second look and comment further.
The fields look clean. No marks on focal points. High points clean.

MS - 64 RB. I think the strike isn't quite good enough to make it a 65.

Strike doesn't affect the technical or condition grade although it may affect the market or "eye appeal" grade. I just thought I'd point that out.

You may want to check and make sure PCGS will cross ANACS coins because I know NGC changed their policy to where they no longer cross anything but PCGS coins into NGC slabs (which is pretty stupid if you ask me). I am not sure if PCGS followed suite or not. I do not know what caused NGC to take this stand.

I sent this one into PCGS to crossover and I just got the results: MS64RD. I was hoping they might bump it up to 65RD, but I am still happy with the result.

Well that's good. A 64 pcgs is better for sale point than a 64anacs
