I was at a pawn shop the other day and they had a display type folder of eight $1 notes from the 1960s and 1970s for sale. It is a set of eight different signatures. The notes are all CU, though the centering is not perfect.

Assuming nothing there is rare, what might be a fair price for this? I think they were asking $30.

That of course is a tough question without seeing the notes or album. If there are no fancy serials, no stars, and the album is a small fixed page display in great condition I'm thinking $22 would be a fair price ($6 for the album and $2 per note). If there is a 1963B note in CU condition add a couple more dollars and if the album is expandable add a few more dollars for that.
