My grading skills are more for US coins, but I will give this a try.

I think this coin has Very Fine VF20 details, but the reverse appears to have been lightly cleaned. I think this because of the difference between the reverse surface color around the perimeter lettering and the fields. There are, unfortunately, a lot of hits/contact marks on the obverse, also.
