The best technique for getting mixed coin rolls rather than newer rolls is probably to switch banks for picking up coins. I have three different banks that I get change from. One bank uses a carrier that normally has new solid date rolls. One bank most of the time has boxes of circulated coins brought in by the carrier. The other I just get the bags from the coin counting machines. No telling what you will get in them. It is usually a decent mix. Still Lookin

I was pleasantly surprised at the Washington comm too! It has the S mintmark, but it doesn't look much like a proof, no luster but little if any wear. But then my mint packaged version lacks prooflike qualities as well. BTW-Thanks for the advice on getting rolls, Lookin'!
