When I bought the coin it was 1 euro below spot but silver lost in the last week about 3$
But I'm still 13 euro cents bellow spot! That means that in euro dollar conversion I would have paid 22.36§ right now that means that I'm still 0.27 dollar cents bellow spot!

Cleaning coins is not good. That potentially reduces the value a lot. There is talk about using acetone or other methods to make coins better without "cleaning".

cleaning doesn't reduce spot metal value, but it probably eliminated much of the value to a collector.

And why does it loses value to a collector?

Im asking this because everibody says the same not to clean coins but when I take a look at coins that are sold XF, AUN and UN condition they look brand new for very high prices, so you cant tell me that the coins werent cleaned!

VF-35 or so, maybe XF, but its a bullion coin anyway so it doesn't matter much in this case that you cleaned it. Often sellers do sell cleaned coins and neglect to mention it which is bad, but in general you shouldn't clean any coin that has significant numismatic (collector) value, as opposed to just junk silver value. There's not much point in cleaning junk silver though. There are highly specialized methods of cleaning now that are considered okay, but they're not really 'cleaning' (for example, acetone dipping to remove residue in some cases). Part of the reason collectors don't like cleaned coins is because many better collector coins were scrubbed back 40 or 50 years ago or whenever cleaning was acceptable, and it resulted in a very 'unnatural' look. For an antique, most of us want something that looks antique. Not always true on ebay however, as many new eBayers love shiny stuff.

those pictures of the coin before you cleaned it, looks like it had been cleaned before, so you probably did no additional harm to it

This coin is worth whatever silver dollars are selling for based on current silver spot. Nothing special unless it's VAM varieties you are looking for, and the 1921 is an area a few die hard collectors chase, but not many. To 98% if the collecting community, they would pass on this for a collection, but buy for silver value as a hedge against inflation possibly.
