I will say either MS 62 or MS 63 RD...I was leaning towards 62 cause it looks like it has very little if any Luster...So MS 62.5 RD :)

I don't care what PCGS says, that's a 65 coin all day long. I can tell from the slab pic the luster is slightly muted and it's all about luster with NGC and PCGS in the gem grades.
