i mean this in a constructive way (not trying to be mean),

if you want to lend credibility to your cause you should run spell checker on your ebay blurb.

also, you should post at somewhat realistic prices, I don't look at listings that are in the multi-thousand range, I would assume (and I could be wrong) that most amateurs don't either.

you are welcome to do it yourself wade, nothing what so ever stopping you. Jeff may be onto something by making it international, so step up and do your own with correct spelling/grammer.

I've just come across the one cent road victim on ebay....LOL, LOL
Love it! Just wondering how long it'll last, or any others you may list, as ebay don't take kindly to humour when their chance at grabbing fees off you is at stake

This one turned up in my noodling yesterday.
Could be a suitable candidate for high bids.
Reverse is untouched.

I can just imagine enworb rushing to the workbench to duplicate it now.

What is this error called? I can't find it mentioned in any of my coin books.

It may be a unique find. We could name it after its discoverer. Perhaps the Jeff Effect would be suitable?

Don't be silly; I don't want people to associate me with that.
But, as discoverer, I should have the honour of naming the error. How about "rubbish"? Simple and descriptive.

Hmmm ..... since the monarch represented is female, perhaps it would be more appropriately referred to as someone's missjeff.

Hey, Jeff, just so you know, I must have been typing my post while you were typing yours (above). If I'd seen yours I wouldn't have continued the pun. PS: I don't think anyone here would associate you with PMD coins regardless.

Jeff not sure how to quote your post? but in regards to that 50c coin you have with the unusual toning.
That coin looks like the coins I find buried in the red pine bark, generally around kids play equipment in parks.
You would be surprised how much money the little buggers lose.
