I know these ones with lustre can look a bit off if not photographed properly as I have a
PCGS MS63 example that looks exactly the same as the one above in a particular photo of it

Lustre can be a tough thing to photograph. I'm just suspect of this issue in particular due to the number of strange looking ones I've seen. Hopefully its fine, probably will be.

I would have said aUNC myself, maybe even UNC.

the only real detracting marks are the marks behind the kings eye otherwise in my oppinion I would put it at aUNC/UNC at least

There's no lustre evident in the photo so either it's been cleaned or the photo is hiding it, in which case the photo would hide any fine detracting marks too. I personally wouldn't buy a coin from such a photo because it leaves too much to chance - the coin could be anywhere from a cleaned gVF to a nice UNC.

gVF maybe aEF, looks like this has been cleaned (brown spots on reverse) and darkened areas on the fields.
Uncleaned would go AU55-AU58.
