EF-45, but AU-50 would not surprise me. That's a great looking capped bust half.

All were good guesses. I originally though EF 40 maybe EF 45 so I was happy , but looking at all the responses maybe I shouldn't be happy. Love the coin.

I was going to guess EF-45 before seeing the slab. The coin has the wear of a EF-45 or AU-50. It seems to have a bit of luster around the stars and possibly the lettering but for the amount of wear, not quite enough for an AU grade. Very pretty coin!

There is no way IMO this could make 50. It is stronger than 40........ so 45 looks dead on accurate. I would definitely be a happy camper!

I've found when it comes to these capped bust halves jpbone is usually right on the money for what it's worth. I agree with him on this one too.
