I agree with the misaligned obverse die diagnosis, as long as the reverse is normal, as the op states. This is actually quite a large misalignment for a Ike dollar. It's a very cool error. Does it have any signs of a partial collar?

Yup, a misaligned die. And it's great to see that the top of the reverse is weakly struck, very nice coin!

I must caution you regarding two things: First, new members are not allowed to engage or offer to engage in commerce at the forum. This admonition was in the rules you agreed to follow when you registered. Second, this thread is 6 months old and those were that member's only two posts at Coin Community. Whatever he chose to do with the coin was done long ago.

Notice on the reverse image the weakness at the top. A sure sign of a collectable MAD coin. GREAT FIND!

eyeonu1.
I would personally like to add this coin to my collection. No matter what it is called ... I like it.
Additionally, the (MS) condition is secondary to the error issue.

SsuperDdave,
Sorry I have done bad.
With all respects, I do understand, that I have no privileges to buy or sell.
My motivation in my comments, was to try to be more than (silly). Like hit and run (GREAT) (GOOD JOB) ect.
Thanks for not booting me, out right.
I sincerely hope you will contact me direct by email in the future.
I was very lucky to "find" this warning.
I will always wonder if you send other warnings.
