Probably a 65, potentially a 66. Very few marks on the face and the field in front of Liberty's face. Marks behind her head though seem slightly distracting. Eyebrow seems quite complete and hairlines are very strong. The reverse is very nice but the mark behind the eagle's head is distracting enough that I don't feel it would merit a 67. I personally don't love toning on the periphery of the fields, especially when rust colored. Technically a high Mint State piece and might get a 66.
