I can't even get the banks around here to sell me one box of pennies so you are quite lucky to get 8 and even more lucky to get a box full of Cuds and errors. Sounds too good to be true.

hi I found it easier to have the bank order cases just by going in being pleasant and getting to know the person who order coins, my wife usually pick them up and they even bring them to the car nice people. remembering all their names is very good and not bringing coins back there

Unfortunately, but without pics, it's going to be next to impossible to determine exactly what your boxes of cents are.

Eh ?

You just bought 8 sealed boxes of pennies and that alone would pay for the camera.

Heck take your boxes of supposed goodies to the nearest coin dealer and show them what you have.
Haggle a decent price for them. Money back from the boxes and a decent camera.

I use a Sony Mavica FD-100. These were $1000 cameras when they first came out. I bought a bunch of them the other day for a screaming deal. They are an older model with the 3.5" floppies or memory sticks. But I've always used the floppies and love that now they are reasonable to purchase. With the right setup and experience you can get great images:

Combo of both edited into one image:

The camera is just one thing that is important. A scope, lighting and editing software is another great thing. Also experience. I've taken about 30,000+ images. Also with the camera it is batteries and a charger that is needed. After you've used the camera and know how to set it up, these cameras are a super deal. The Sony Mavica 200 looks like one I haven't tried yet. It has a SD card that would be better. But the FD-100 is what I use for my images.
