Yeah I'm not sure what that is to the right of the arrows....in hand it appears to be a mint issue...clash...planchet flaw....not sure

I'm not sure what that mark is either.. I've for a couple Morgan's with similar, a actually almost identical marks, one in the same area and two on the obverse behind the head. planchet flaw? I'm at 63 on this one as well.

should be good enough for 64 grade

Minor planchet flaws are not technically supposed to affect grade, but with one like that, given the size, it draws the eye away and has a lot of negative eye appeal, hence why I went 3 instead of 4. It's a 4 without it, easily.

The mark on the neck is large but rest of the surfaces are relatively clean. I think it makes MS-64.

Is there also a mark on the 9 and the 0 in the date? If not, maybe it is just the reflection. She sure is nice either way!

Lots of chatter above and below the eye and good sized hit on the neck, MS-63.

If it weren't for the hits on the neck and date it would be a solid 64. MS63 for me.

Hit on the date is the first thing I noticed.
