Looks like a 63/64 (Hard to tell from the pictures)

Old PCI was as good as anyone else in the grading business back then. I have it at 64 from my smartphone, and devastating luster. Easy "PQ."

That is some eye melting luster going on! This coin is MS64 for sure, maybe even a + designation. Hope you got a good deal on it!

They called this one a 63....my pics are pretty harsh on this one ....I'm thinking this one would hit 64 today

Very difficult due to the picture lacking depth and contrast. First glance looks like a 62, but without seeing the coin in hand not sure whats on the slab face and what's on the coin.

PCI was the first TPG I ever sent a coin to. I wish they were still in business.
