Judging by what appears to be the hairline on the forehead, it looks VF-30 but that's just a guess.

I have heard of them - unfortunately.

I'd say it is a lightly corroded F12 that INB graded Proof 70

As I recall they grade all coins 70 MS or Proof.

That is the first INB slabbed coin I've seen that wasn't listed at MS or Proof 70 however, full strike? Well they did strike out, and thankfully are out of business now.

No, I did not buy it, I was laughing too hard at the Full Strike designation and the goof up on the dates.
