Very nice strike. Looks strong for MS-63. The obverse spot is in a "prime focal area." That plus the small nicks would likely preclude a higher grade.

MS63 could be higher if the little ticks and nicks were on an area not so central I think.

I agree with MS-63. I might have went with a grade higher if it wasn't for the spot.

I'm going with 64 as I've seen 64s that look worse in NGC and PCGS holders

While I agree with the statement of seeing many 1921 Peace dollars in MS64 like this one, I think the face needs to be cleaner to make a solid MS64 grade, the reverse is sure strong on this coin. So I'll up it to MS63++

TPG's are tough on key dates. It's ridiculous; a coin that is CLEARLY MS-64 will get an MS-63 just because it is a key date. The inconsistency renders the whole slabbed grading system a bit of a joke
