Can't say for sure from the photos if this coin is MS ... appears to (maybe) be some rub on the high points.

If not AU .... then I'm going MS63 with an NGC 'star' for eye appeal.

After the new photos I'm still at AU58 I think this one may have graded higher by NGC probably a MS grade how high? I have no idea, but the toning behind Columbus' head is strange, I'm not sure if it is marks or just toning breaks. There does appear to be light circulation wear on the obverse, the reverse looks great! No signs of wear or rub there, which is strange to me. I see what looks like a small scuff in the middle of the big sail, but I don't think it's wear. A really good looking coin - the album toning is simply beautiful.
