Not well struck, well struck examples are plentiful, I'd give it MS62.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning... -from PCGS website

Admittedly it's a weak strike, especially at the center of the canoe as mentioned above but ICCS does not seem to take strike into account, ever. As I have learned (albeit slowly) ICCS weighs heavy on the fields.

Very good looking coin. I myself give it a 64 but ICCS may have gone down to 63.

Again, I'm late to the party, but I would have said ms65.
I don't agree with ICCS on this one.
Especially for 1935, for an ms66, fields have to be extremely mark-free and I see a few marks more compatible to an ms65.

I had said MS64, but perhaps the lighting/camera exaggerates the marks and flaws on the coin....I'm sure it's a stunner in person.
