I see the thickness, but not the DDO. Tried matching up, but to no avail. I may need better eyes or more training.... Thanks, Doug.

Oh, ok. Thank you. But the thickness is supposed to be the DDO, right? I'm still a novice in the DDO world.

I would be interested in knowing this also..

I am sure a lot of eyes on this including me I have such a hard time with some of these DDO with extra thickness. 1945, 1941S or even the modern 1989, 2011, 2014

I would of also thought this coin was good match for http://coppercoins.com/lincoln/dies...ie_state=lds

but I have been wrong more times then right.

the only thing it doesn't have the big die dot that shows above the B in LIBERTY but then again many coins don't match all markers..

I have also been wrong more times than not. MANY times. So it's nothing new. But I hope it is.

Probably another answer that does not help any, but I say yes and no pertaining to thickness.

Thickness is an indicator, but as time passes flattening can occur from years of circulation. I have a hard time telling the difference on older coins without distinct separation or markers. Thanks, Doug.

PS: Acetone for cleaning, but don't think it will remove much of the green gunk.

I'm not coop but I don't see a DDO. I see a well worn cent.

I am refraining from commenting because I have been tricked by the older DDO's.

It does look like it. Where's coop when you need him?

It is hard to factor in circulation flattening. But I'm not seeing any hub doubling on your coin. Sorry

Ah well, at least I asked. That's the first step in verifying that you have something good. Thanks Coop
