I will go with AU-53 details: environmental damage. The coin in 1st set of photos looks too dark to be considered acceptable.

closest to actual color....and I think 58 is fair....but really hard to see any wear in hand

Looks like I was right on with this one, I think the grade assigned is quite fair for this coin.
