Don't have to prove anything to you. Again, you either choose to take the information I provided and use it for your benefit or ignore it. This information came free with no strings attached. Why such a fuss?

Quote: Bobby read the two links provided and there should be enough evidence. There is ZERO proof there. None. Quote: Don't have to prove anything to you. No you don't. But you certainly would to the law if the accused comes after you. If someone accused me of it they would certainly be signing for their mail in the near future.

Bobby: would certainly be signing for their mail in the near future.?
What are you talking about? If you are wondering, we are talking about shill bidding, not missing mail.
Good day.

There is enough evidence there for me to know not to deal with the seller. That same buyer has won auction and then given and received feedback and then coin pops up relisted. Same name has bid on many items of seller and then retracted bids. doesn't take too much intelligence to know whats going on!

Quote: There is enough evidence there for me to know not to deal with the seller. And that's terrific. But there is no proof of shill bidding. Just FYI, we've had a member here lose their house once already over a blind accusation like this. Don't think it can't happen to you or anyone else here. Everyone here is responsible for their words.

It's very hard to prove something like shill bidding. If you suspect shill bidding just stay away from those kind of sellers. I also stay away from sellers who use "private bidders identity hidden". There's lots of good sellers on ebay so just buy from sellers that you know don't play games and are honest like Colonial Acres, Gatewest, etc.

Quote: *Signing for one's mail in this case has nothing to do with verified tracking of the mail... it's a reference to say that person would be receiving a court summons.* What bobby is suggesting is that you're making very strong accusations. As it has to do with ethics and business and possibly slander... I fee bobby is only saying in a very soft way... tread lightly and make sure you have the facts before putting this out there... as you could get yourself into some trouble... Look shill's happen and they're out there... it's also very easy to protect yourself... only bid in the last few seconds of the auction... enter in an amount you're willing to go to as many others emplore the exact same strategy... if said coin is bought and then relisted... and you want the coin... bid again.. maintain your same max amount & bidding strategy... Or... don't bid from said seller again... Either way.. it will cost the seller.. in either a lost customer or in pay pal and ebay fees.. either way you're still not out a cent! *** Edited by Staff to add quote tags. Reminds me of the responses I get on Craigslist when you ask the seller a question... Just wow.
