I do not like the color on this coin, it is very, very likely that this has env damage. The coin grades AU, maybe up to 58, but not quite MS.

How's the weight? The color makes me think it might not even be silver. Not an obvious fake in terms of design details but the color looks bad.

looks like lead. The detail is keeping me from saying fake with any certainty. It is most definitely not UNC, but it is the aforementioned BU.

The color dosent bother me. I've seen it before, not sure what causes it though but with all the experiments they were doing on coins mid century and even today I would postulate that it is one if them especially being such a sharp strike. I bet if blast white a low ms coin would lie underneath

The problem with such a finish is, what you see in images might bear very little resemblance to what the coin appears like in-hand. Could be almost anything under that toning. It's just not a decision I could comfortably make with only images to go by.
