Tough to grade from a photo, but I could see a 63 as well.

I'm going to toss my hat into the MS-62 ring. I don't see any signs of wear or rubbing. Noisy coin, both sides, keeps it down in the low 60s to me.

It has to grade AU. There is evidence of friction. It might make MS but it would be low MS.
