Thanks for all the replies. PCGS said VG10 and problem-free. The obverse scratch is not visible until you get it under a 3X glass minimum. The 20X images make it look 20X worse than it is.

Under graded by 2-4 points IMO. I would jail break it and slap F-12+ on it and live happily ever after.

I agree with jpbone....that is the nicest vg10 bust quarter I have ever seen. You got a deal if you paid VG10 money for it!
