The carbon spots might hold it back (?), but the surfaces look pristine.

I'm no expert, but I don't see how it can go lower than MS65. There's hardly a mark on it. Beautiful coin.

That's one nice 09-p Lincoln. Carbon spots seems to be reducing member's grades. Aside from these spots, I see only 2 TINY imperfections on entire coin.
