My pictures were taken with a Canon Rebel XT. I feel my coin pictures still need some improvement. I recently bought a Canon 5Ti and a 100mm lens, that when I get better at taking pictures with I hope to take new pictures of most of my coins. Sometimes getting a good pictures is just having a good problem free coin. Here is a couple more. 1993 S Jefferson 2002 W West Point

My favorite is the one that brought back the commemoratives... the 1982 Washington Half Dollar. Love this design.

Just got my UNC Jamestown in the mail yesterday and it's nicer in hand than I expected. Obv is great.
In the last few weeks I've added the Jamestown, John Marshall and Congress to my collection. Love these coins!

Surprised nobody has mentioned the 2008 Bald Eagle commemorative yet. Probably my most favorite.
I'll throw out another nice one nobody has mentioned yet. The 1997 U.S. Botanic Garden.

Wow. Could the two be any MORE different? (Spoken in Chandler Bing voice)
Regardless, both are excellent designs.

I really like the modern commem stuff and there are a lot of the designs I think are great. The 2008 Bald Eagle $1 (the obverse on the half is great but not crazy about the reverse); the reverse of the 1992 Columbus $1; the 2006 Franklin $1's and others are all cool. Without a doubt though my favorite is the 1987 Constitution $5 gold coin. Don't have a picture but it can be seen here. http://moderncommemoratives.com/198...tion-5-gold/

I too really like that 1987 $5.00 gold.
If bullion prices go any lower, I hope to put some focus on Commemorative gold
