A friend of mine from the Middle East had the Bush coins in one pocket and his native currency in the other. Overnight, the Bush coins went into the other pocket and surrounded his old coins. When he took them out of his pocket they were like Tootsie Rolls with his native coins surrounded on both sides by several Bush coins. These 'Bushsie' Rolls made his old coins worthless, but my friend doesn't mind. Congress just gave him $556 Billion to keep his coins right where they are. Surrounded.
